FAQ: Returns and Refunds
1: What is your return policy?
We maintain an industry-standard 7-day return policy. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its sealed original packaging
2: Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or hygiene products cannot be returned.
3: What do I need to provide for a return?
You need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
4: How will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may take additional time.
5: What if I don’t receive my refund?
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at customercare@iglowup.in.
6: Can I exchange my product?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at customercare@iglowup.in and send your item to:
